Dr. Lawanda J. Holliman is a talent retention strategist, high‑performance culture expert, and seasoned innovator who has led teams and organizations under some of the most demanding conditions worldwide. As a retired United States Army Colonel representing less than 1% of the military workforce, she understands what it takes to align people, mission, and performance when the stakes are high.
At Design High Performance, she helps Fortune 1000 and mission‑driven organizations retain top talent and build high‑performance teams through experiential leadership development and evidence‑based cultural analysis.
